  As far as the insurance goes it's good. However I signed up for my insurance in late 2014 my record is spotless on driving. No tickets no driving accidents I'm over 25. A year later (2015) my insurance cost went up 100$ from 850 to 950$ every 6 months. I chalked it up to having been given a discount initially for my business and the promotional period being over. I got an alert my rate was increasing again. I went online to check my rate and saw I was now expected to pay 1167$ a month. I still have a clean driving record, and no accidents. I contacted and inquired about these increases which put the cost out of my price range. The reply were we don't know why it's so high but if you bundle life/home/renters insurance you get a discount. I shopped around and found the same level of insurance offered to me for 500$ less and contacted my agent again to see if they would try to match to keep my business. I got the rudest reply to the lines of its cheaper to get you to switch and advising me to contact them to discuss the end of my plan. I don't feel all the agents at this location value the customers. And the price going up 2 years in a row by nearby 50% of the original plan price when my record is clean is a snub to the people who attempt to trust them.
